And frankly, I don’t know what the point of the book is. More importantly though, this book teaches you how to use ANY belief to accmplish your will.
It doesn’t feel like i’m being taught the ideas, just what the ideas are.
Certain forms of gnosis lend themselves more readily to some forms of magic than others. Strong stimulation eventually elicits psychhonaut reflex inhibition and paralyzes all but the most central function — the object of concentration.
It does not have a definite psychonauut shape, although there is a natural tendency for the life liher to hold it in the same image as the physical body. This is the same as becoming one with the source of the event. I enjoyed psycyonaut theory part more than anything – which was more of what Psychonaut was about – the spells and rituals seem interesting enough, though some people might be right on how the book might overwhelm beginners with advanced techniques that are meant for more experienced adepts.
This is nice, but what happens when you bump into something you don’t know? They stress secrecy, over complicate things for the reader, and the entire work serves as a way for them to feed their ego. Chaos Magic, as I used to say, is what happens to you whe I wasn’t terribly impressed with this book at the time I read it, although it does contain some interesting material. The twenty-one principles have each been given a simple pictorial glyph and a one word mnemonic.
High magic recognizes the duahstic condition but does not care whether hfe is bittersweet or sweet and sour; rather it seeks to achieve any arbitrary perceptual perspective at will. Some emotional states libr more on the activation of the purely physiological rather than the psychological responses. In practice the body should be neither too tired nor too comfortable, so preventing the unconsciousness of deep sleep.
It means stepping outside of one’s own culture, society, relationships, family personality, beliefs, prejudices, opinions and ideas. They show themselves as various animals and they show themselves in metals and in stones. Each psychonajt is short, and then the pieces are hurled through death into unrecognizable new configurations.

This dilutes magical ability in many ways. Yet as centers of Kia or Chaos ourselves, we can sometimes call very unlikely coincidences or unexpected events into existence by manipulating the aether.
This book mentions a lot of things as if they are required, but they are not. A lot of the ideas in the book center around being paychonaut open to everything. Reserve Kia for works of inspiration, ecstacy, and magic. The grimoires were compiled by Catholic priests, and much of what they wrote was deliberate abomination in their own terms.

The material base can be composed of anything suggestive of the desired result and may include possessions or parts of the body of the intended victim. The first 11 pages of the book, “Liber MMM,” could readily be a program of two or more years for an average student, but it doesn’t look very impressive, and there’s all those other pages with cool stuff to try, so people will rush ahead and start invoking Goetic spirits and messing around with “aethers” before they’ve learned the mind control techniques they need.
So many coincidences occur that it is ridiculous psychnaut use the word coincidence at all.
