Essentially the authors refer to ‘The Source’ and other ‘Forces’ to help explain how the tools work, such as making a connection with The Source in order to utilize it’s power in order to regain control over your thoughts and feelings and move on with life.

Very well explained and made simple and easily adopted into daily life. But only if you are ready to be free. There are dire warnings towards the end, as to what might happen if you do not incorporate ALL the tools into your life with more authoritarian language. Your life will be better than ever!!!
