Still, in my opinion, these resources are insufficient because the effects of modernization are not present in the development of all areas of the society, as I argue in this article.
Being a space of multiple democracies, EU is heterogeneous according to the criterion of democratic tradition. Tendential modernity exists side by side with Western reflexive moder- nity.
Sincethe same thing has happened: The Europeanization constitutes the fundamental purpose of the modernization processes of the Romanian society.
